Good Governance - Innovative Boards
Facilitated by Dr. Margo Bailey
Board Governance is a necessary function for all nonprofits. It is important that all Board Members understand the role of governance, what constitutes effective governance, and the roles and responsibilities of individual Board Members. Join us for a discussion on how effective governance plays an important role in assisting your organization in achieving success. This session will cover the Executive Director/Board relationship, the impact of board member engagement, and what to look for when choosing your Board of Directors.
Brighter Strategies is committed to enabling success for the non-profit community and so in celebration of their fifth anniversary they are offering the "Five for Five" workshop series. Please join the Brighter Strategies team as they work to engage our community, innovative solutions and invest in actions that make a difference.
